We were currently living in northern Wisconsin and looking to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids area. Bobbie Jo was the listing agent for one of the homes we had found on line on Realtor. With very little notice Bobbie Jo set up the appointment and viewed the home. Although this home was not right for us Bobbie Jo listened to our comments and we spoke about what we were looking for in a home. She put together a profile for us and took it from there. We have looked at several homes with her and she has always been keeping our best interest in mind. She has not only been our realtor but has become our friend. She stuck with us for nearly 2 years trying to find us a place to call home. Taking us to dozens of houses/parcels. Bobbie Jo is really fun and really easy going and she does whatever she needs to do to help you out. She's super kind and even drove about 40 mins on several occassions to help me buy my house. And when everything was over and done with, she even made me a gift for my new home!! She's pretty cool!! Definitely recommend.

She listened to what we wanted, and sent us regular listings that we might be interested in. I never felt that she thought we were being "choosy" when we excluded a house for any reason. She was super fun to work with and helped us find the perfect house. Additionally she was a good negotiator working hard with the listing agent/seller to agree on the terms of the sale. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home!

She is just not someone who is just trying to sell a house, she is someone trying to help you find the perfect house for your needs. In the end she found me the perfect house.

She was very responsive via phone or text. She is knowledgeable about area real estate, the current market and the home buying process. Also, she is very personable and just a genuinely nice person.

The only thing that I think she should have done differently is to not have listed it until after the estate sale. I think it would have shown better and the estate sale would have been better without buyers in the way.
